Here's what I've done so far

Introduced tools, guidelines, processes, and architecture used when building software at OV. This consisted of set up and selection of languages, frameworks, database technologies, IDE's, source control, scrum methodologies, on-premise infrastructure, and shared core libraries developed using standard patterns.

Team leader and mentor responsible for writing specifications and reviewing code for both internal developers and hired contractors.

Lead developer on applications: Dairy Production and Lab Results Management System; Farmer Data Api consumed by ov.coop and farmers.coop; Shareholder Equity Application;  Mobile Egg Collection App; Custom EDI middleware into ERP System; Slaughter Management System; Middleware with SAP Data Services for integrations.

Led team of developers on the development of a medical records system for the U.S. Military.  The software is deployed to 3,000 laptops and is shipped throughout the country during service member health events where medical providers record medical and dental information.  (VB.Net Windows Forms, SQL Server Express, Web Services, Encryption, Medical Device Integration)

Enhanced LHI’s corporate web presence, by providing improved functionality to the Provider and Customer Web Portals. These portals give providers and customers a self-service tool for viewing medical information about their patients and employees. (ASP.Net Web Forms)

Provide maintenance on the organization’s flagship application that is responsible for receiving, scheduling, and monitoring medical service requests from the Department of Defense and commercial customers. (VB.NET Windows Forms)

Developed and maintained VB.NET Windows Forms application that enrolls small and large employers with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana.

Worked with a partner company to design, develop, test, and deploy a web-based small group and member enrollment system. Application that allows sales representatives from across the State of Montana to enroll and renew employers. Data is passed via web services over SSL.

System and Network Administrator responsible for LAN/WAN, Desktop Support, Industrial Printers, and ERP System Support.

Designed and developed company website, Human Resources Management System, B2B System Integrations.
